COMPRESSION SPRINGS
At Simpson Springs & Pressings Ltd. we have the facility to manufacture volume quantities of compression springs made to your exact specification with ground ends where necessary.
Wire sizes are available from 0.125mm diameter to 8 swg (4.06mm dia).
We produce parallel compression, conical compression and continuous cable covers etc. and also small batch quantities up to 19.0mm diameter wire.
TORSION SPRINGS
Torsion and double torsion springs are manufactured to customer requirements on the latest cnc machinery to a very high level of accuracy, with various leg and hook forms as required.
We produce torsion and double torsion springs in wire sizes ranging from 0.15mm diameter to 3.00mm diameter and also small batch quantities up to 19.0mm diameter wire.
EXTENSION SPRINGS
Extension springs can be manufactured in a range of loop options including standard loops, swivel loops, reduced loops, extended loops to meet your individual requirements in volume quantities from 0.153mm diameter to 4.0mm diameter.
